Neuro-Oncologist Dr. Samuel Singer Joins John Theurer Cancer Center

August 16, 2013 (Hackensack, NJ) – John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, one of the nation’s top 50 U.S. News and World Report Best Hospitals for cancer, has expanded its Neurological Oncology Division with the addition of Neuro-Oncologist Samuel Singer, M.D.

Prior to working at the John Theurer Cancer Center, Dr. Singer completed a fellowship in neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and his residency in neurology at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Singer is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Society for Neuro-Oncology. He is widely published in peer-reviewed journals, including Neurosurgery, Neurology and the Journal of Neuro-Opthalmology.
