Every year our physicians and nurses travel across the U.S. and around the world to participate in the most prestigious research conferences in their specialty area.  The medical staff at the John Theurer Cancer Center is actively involved in conducting cutting-edge research and enrolling patients in groundbreaking clinical trials.

The John Theurer Cancer Center has more than 200 actively enrolling clinical trials bolstering the clinical efforts of each Division. Our clinical trials are conducted independently and in partnership with research pharmaceutical companies, patient advocacy groups, the National Institutes of Health, and through research consortiums sponsored by the National Cancer Institute, such as the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, Bone Marrow Transplant Clinical Trials Network, and Gynecologic Oncology Group.
